Full Moon Energy – Wednesday 11th June at 07:40 GMT

We’ve got a full moon midweek, and the energy is already brewing. I’ve been sleeping well (for now!)—but I can feel the build-up. Full moons are such a potent time for release and recalibration.

Use this week to:

• Declutter your physical space
• Clear your mind, goals, and intentions
• Tune in to what emotions or thought patterns need to shift

Pop it in your diary—Wednesday is a fabulous time to clear and cleanse!

Try this:
Give your authentic self a few moments each day:

• Grounding or slow breathing
• Journaling
• Pulling a daily oracle card
• Reading something soul-nourishing before bed

 2. Higher Realms & Magic

This builds on your authentic self. You don’t have to do it all alone.

Call in Metatron. Mary. Brigid. Dragons. Your Guides.
Work in the Akashic Records. Open to divine assistance.

3. Communication – Speak Up & Be Heard

This card speaks boundaries and truth—two things empaths often struggle with.

You might need to say:

“I’m meditating for 10 minutes—please don’t disturb me.”

Let yourself express what you really need, not just to others but to yourself.
Say what’s true for you. Honour it. That’s where your power lives.

4. Inner Child – Hear & Know Me

This one’s tender and deeply healing.

Your inner child may have been rewarded for being “quiet,” “good,” “polite.”
But what about her joy? Her expression? Her magic?

This week, reconnect with that spark:

• The art she loved
• The freedom she longed for

Do something just for her. Ice cream. Glitter. Dancing. Colouring. Whatever brings joy.

5. Beacon – Shine On
